Ojas Health & Wellness ("Ojas", "we") publishes daily health tips and recipes on social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and Facebook. This policy explains what information our website and our publishing tools handle, and how.
This website is a static information site. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments and no checkout. We do not place advertising trackers on it. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability; we do not use those logs to identify visitors.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, first-party analytics service from our hosting provider Vercel, to count visits in aggregate — such as which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, and their country and device type. It uses no cookies, does not track visitors across other websites, and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use Google Analytics.
To publish our own videos to our own social accounts, we use official platform APIs (for example, the YouTube Data API and the TikTok Content Posting API) authorized by the account owner. Through those authorizations, the tools can access:
These tools are used only to publish and manage Ojas's own content. They do not read other people's private data, and no data obtained through platform APIs is sold, rented or shared with third parties. Authorization tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by the account owner at any time from the platform's settings.
If you write to us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to reply to you.
Content published by Ojas is general wellness information, not medical advice, and this website does not collect health information from visitors.

The home page includes an optional question box, Ask Ojas. When you submit a question, the text of your question is sent over an encrypted connection to our hosting provider and to OpenRouter, a service that routes questions to AI models, so an answer can be generated. Questions are screened by automated safety filters before and after an answer is generated. We log questions and answers in our private OpenRouter account so we can review what is being asked, keep Ask Ojas safe and improve it. These logs are never sold, never used for advertising, and are not shared with anyone else.
Please do not include personal or health information in your questions. We do not ask for accounts or logins for this feature, and we do not sell question data. AI providers may process questions under their own policies; free AI models may log prompts for service improvement.
